C反应蛋白预测血液透析患者动静脉内瘘堵塞的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨炎症对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘(AVF)通畅性的影响,分析C反应蛋白(CRP)预测血液透析患者动静脉内瘘堵塞的应用价值。方法选取2006年1月至2017年6月于本院行动静脉内瘘的血液透析患者357例作为研究对象,对患者进行长期随访并定期复查彩超。当患者因堵塞需矫正或替换瘘管时结束随访,按照是否发生堵塞分为观察组(n=199)与对照组(n=158),比较两组临床资料。结果两组年龄、性别、BMI、白细胞、胆固醇、尿酸、铁蛋白、肾小球滤过率(EGFR)、甲状旁腺素比较差异均无统计学意义;观察组CRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高CRP的血液透析患者可能存在较高的AVF堵塞风险。
