子宫内膜息肉中肿瘤坏死因子-α和环氧合酶-2的表达水平

The expressions of TNF-αand COX-2 in patients with endometrial polyps

目的比较绝经后女性子宫内膜息肉、息肉周围内膜组织和宫腔内远离息肉内膜组中TNF-α和COX-2的表达情况,并分析研究炎性因子TNF-α与COX-2的相关性,探讨子宫内膜息肉的相关发病机制,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取河北医科大学第三医院2019年01月2020年10月诊治的子宫内膜息肉患者30例。宫腔镜直视下用活检钳钳取息肉组织或宫腔镜下电切息肉组织、息肉周围内膜组织和宫腔内远离息肉内膜。利用Western Blot方法检测组织内TNF-α和COX-2的表达水平,并统计分析。结果息肉组织相比于息肉周围内膜组织和远离息肉内膜组织,TNF-α和COX-2的表达均升高(P<0.05),并且二者具有相关性(P<0.05)。提示TNF-α和COX-2与子宫内膜息肉的发病密切相关。结论子宫内膜息肉的形成,可能是局部炎症刺激多种因子共同作用的结果。

Objective To investigate the expressions of TNF-αand COX-2 in patients with endometrial polyps,and to analyze the correlation between TNF-αand COX-2,and to explore the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods Thirty patients with endometrial polyps who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 enrolled in the study.Under hysteroscopy,the polyp tissues,the endometrial tissues around the polyp and the endometrial tissues far away from the polyp were obtained by using a biopsy forceps or hysteroscope.Western Blot was used to detect the expression levels of TNF-αand COX-2 in tissues,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Compared with those in the tissues surrounding the polyp and the endometrial tissues far away from the polyp,the expressions levels of TNF-αand COX-2 in polyp tissues were significantly increased(P<0.05),moreover,there was a certain correlation between them(P<0.05),which suggested that TNF-αand COX-2 were closely related to the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.Conclusion The formation of endometrial polyps may be the combined results of local inflammation stimulus and multiple factors.
