阿卡波糖联合胰岛素对社区糖尿病患者临床疗效及血糖水平的影响

The curative effects of acarbose combined with insulin on community diabetes mellitus and the effects on the blood glucose levels of patients

目的探讨阿卡波糖联合胰岛素对社区糖尿病患者临床疗效及血糖水平的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月社区内的糖尿病患者82例,应用随机数字列表法将患者分为2组。对照组给予阿卡波糖治疗,研究组给予卡波糖联合胰岛素治疗。结果研究组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血糖达标时间较对照组时间更短,胰岛素日用量降低(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组FBG、2 hBG、HbA1c以及BMI等指标低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗疗效为92.6%,明显高于对照组的82.9%(P<0.05)。结论在社区糖尿病患者的临床治疗中,应用阿卡波糖联合胰岛素进行治疗,有利于进一步减少低血糖等不良反应发生的几率,胰岛素日用量明显降低,血糖达标时间缩短,使患者血糖水平尽快恢复到正常范围,临床治疗效果佳,可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of acarbose combined with insulin on community diabetes mellitus and the effects on the blood glucose levels of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with community diabetes mellitus who wee treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrooled in the study,who were randomly divided into two group.The patients in control group were treated by acarbose,and the patients in research group were treated by carbose combined with insulin.Results The incidence of adverse events in research group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in research group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and the daily insulin dosage was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the different indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment the levels of FBG,2hBG,HbA1c and BMI in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the effective rate in research group was 92.6%,which was significantly higher than that(82.9%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acarbose combined with insulin in treatment of community diabetes mellitus can decrease the incidence of adverse reactions including hypoglycemia,and can decrease the daily dosage of insulin,shorten the the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,and improve the blood glucose levels of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
