梗阻性黄疸的治疗进展

Research progress about treatment of obstructive jaundice

黄疸多种原因导致的肝脏代谢胆红素异常或者胆汁排出受阻而引发的胆红素在皮肤和皮下组织中沉积而出现的皮肤、巩膜黄染,皮肤瘙痒的一系列临床表现。黄疸根据病因主要分为胆汁淤积性黄疸、肝细胞性黄疸和溶血性黄疸三大类。其中胆汁淤积性黄疸又称为梗阻性黄疸,其发病原因最为复杂,治疗手段最为多种多样,主要以外科手术切除、内镜治疗以及介入治疗等方法。本文系统性回顾和总结了梗阻性黄疸的治疗方法和进展,以便于在临床中对梗阻性黄疸的患者进行干预治疗。

Jaundice is a series of clinical manifestations caused by the disorder of bilirubin metabolism or bile discharging obstruction,including yellow staining of the sclera and skin as well as itching.Jaundice is usually divided into three types according to the disease causes:hemolytic jaundice,hepatocellular jaundice and obstructive jaundice,in which,the cause of obstructive jaundice is the most complicated,and the treatment methods are the most diverse.This article systematically reviews and summarizes the treatment methods and progress of obstructive jaundice in order to facilitate clinical intervention and treatment for patients with obstructive jaundice.
