CICARE沟通护理在白内障青光眼术后的效果研究

The application effects of CICARE communication nursing in patients with cataract glaucoma after operation

目的研究在白内障青光眼术后应用CICARE沟通护理的效果。方法纳入2019年1月至2020年12月接收白内障青光眼手术治疗的90例患者为研究对象,应用电脑双盲法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理进行干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予CICARE沟通护理进行干预,对2组患者护理满意度、心理情况、治疗依从性、遵医行为及疾病认知度进行评估。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察2组患者干预前后心理情况发现,干预前2组SAS和SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性和遵医行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前2组疾病认知度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CICARE沟通护理在白内障青光眼术后的护理效果良好,可提升患者护理满意度,改善患者不良情绪,提升其治疗依从性和遵医行为,加强对疾病的认知,使其术后身心健康水平显著提升。

Objective To investigate the application effects of CICARE communication nursing in patients with cataract glaucoma after operation.Methods Ninety patients with cataract glaucoma who were treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into control group and observation group according to computer double-blind method,with 45 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by CICARE communication nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction degree,psychological condition,treatment compliance,compliance behavior and disease awareness of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in SAS scores and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and compliance behavior scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in disease awareness levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the disease awareness scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CICARE communication nursing has better nursing effects for the patients with cataract glaucoma after operation,which can improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,relive the bad emotion,and improve the treatment compliance and compliance behavior,strengthen patient’s cognition for the disease,and significantly improve patient’s physical and mental health levels after surgery.
