中西医集成增效护理在骨科术后疼痛中的应用效果

Application effects of integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine in relieving postoperative pain of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery

目的探讨对接受骨科手术产生疼痛的患者实施中西医集成增效护理的具体效果。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月收治的骨科实施手术患者86例,根据护理方式不同分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组应用中西医集成增效护理。比较2组患者VAS评分、护理满意度、住院费用、住院时间、并发症发生率、SAS评分。结果研究组术后1.5 h、24 h、72 hVAS评分[(4.73±1.03、3.51±1.86、2.08±1.35)分]低于对照组[(5.82±2.15、4.46±1.92、3.93±1.83)分](P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(97.6%)高于对照组(79.1%)(P<0.05);研究组患者住院费用、住院时间[(0.92±0.12)万元、(7.95±1.42)d]均低于对照组[(1.12±0.36)万元,(10.42±1.72)d](P<0.05);研究组患者下肢深静脉血栓、部位感染、休克并发症发生率(2.3%、4.7%、2.3%)低于对照组(11.6%、14.0%、9.3%)(P<0.05);研究组护理后SAS评分[(45.66±2.13)分]低于对照组[(51.17±2.55)分](P<0.05)。结论在骨科术后疼痛中,中西医集成增效护理可以有效缓解患者疼痛,提高其满意度,临床上应进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effects of integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine in relieving postoperative pain of patients undergoing orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,the patients in research group were treated by integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The VAS score,nursing satisfaction degree,hospitalization cost,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and SAS score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores at 1.5h,24h and 72h after surgery in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in research group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than that(79.1%)in control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization cost and length of hospital stay in research group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,site infection and shock complications in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention the SAS scores in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve the satisfaction degree of patients after orthopedic surgery,thus,which is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
