多级工艺复合处理ABS树脂生产废水研究 被引量:1

Study on treatment of ABS resin production wastewater by multi-stage processes

摘要 采用混凝-沉淀+SBR+Fenton氧化工艺综合处理ABS生产废水,研究了预处理阶段PAC和PFS混凝剂对废水污染物的去除效果,以及投加量对去除效果的影响,分析SBR生化阶段和Fenton氧化深度处理阶段对废水的处理效果。实验结果显示,PFS混凝剂的处理效果整体优于PAC。PFS对废水中COD、浊度、TP的最高去除率分别为38%、94%、68%,PFS最佳投加量为200 mg/L。生化处理阶段对COD、NH_(3)-N、TN和TP的整体平均去除率分别为89%、94%、81%、84%,生化系统稳定运行后,出水中的COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP平均为75、2、9、1.2 mg/L。生化处理出水经Fenton氧化深度处理后,出水COD平均为44 mg/L,出水TP平均为0.3 mg/L。经多级工艺综合处理后,出水COD<50 mg/L,NH_(3)-N<5 mg/L,TN<15 mg/L,TP<0.5 mg/L,可达到GB 18918—2002一级A排放标准要求。 The coagulation-sedimentation+SBR+Fenton oxidation process was used for the comprehensive treatment of ABS production wastewater.The effects of PAC and PFS coagulant on the removal of pollutants in the pretreatment stage and the effect of dosage on the removal rate were investigated.The treatment effects of SBR biochemical stage and Fenton oxidation advanced treatment on the wastewater were analyzed.The experimental results showed that the overall treatment effect of PFS coagulant was better than that of PAC.The highest removal rate of COD,turbidity and TP in wastewater by PFS were 38%,94%and 68%,respectively,and the optimal dosage of PFS was200 mg/L.The overall average removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the biochemical treatment stage were89%,94%,81%and 84%,respectively.After stable operation of biochemical system,COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP in the effluent were 75 mg/L,2 mg/L,9 mg/L,and 1.2 mg/L on average.After advanced treatment of Fenton oxidation,the average COD of effluent was 44 mg/L and the average TP of effluent was 0.3 mg/L.After multi-stage process,the effluent COD was less than 50 mg/L,NH_(3)-N was less than 5 mg/L,TN was less than 15 mg/L,TP was less than 0.5 mg/L,which could meet the requirements of GB 18918—2002 Class A discharge standard.
