核应急医学救援中多媒体调度系统的设计 被引量:4

摘要 目的:针对核应急医学救援的突发性、复杂性及专业性等特点,设计一套稳定、有效且安全的多媒体调度系统,实现后方指挥中心同前出分队间的通讯互联,并能根据现场实际情况及时调动相关资源进行支撑。方法:根据应急医学救援信息系统调度的需求,制定多媒体调度系统的工作流程及管理控制机制,实现核应急医学救援中各项业务信息流即时通讯、会议及值班、系统互联等功能的集成与调度,多媒体调度指挥系统由后方指挥中心调度系统、远程无人检测终端、班组终端及前出救治人员个人终端构成,并应用在核应急医学救援中。结果:可满足多种条件下应急医学救援任务的需要,实现指令传达的快速高效,提高核应急突发事件的医学救援水平,实现核应急医学救援方案的快速高效灵活部署。结论:多媒体调度系统设计方案能在保护医护人员自身安全的前提下,快速高效进行信息交换,保障伤病员得到及时救治,满足核事故应急医学救援等任务的需要。 Objective:To design a stable,effective and safe multimedia scheduling system according to the characteristics of suddenness,complexity and specialty of medical rescue of nuclear emergency,so as to realize the communication interconnection between the rear command center and the forward detachment,and to redeploy relevant resources for support according to the practical situation on site.Methods:The working process and management control mechanism of multimedia scheduling system were formulated according to scheduling requirements of emergency medical rescue information system,so as to realize the integration and scheduling of series of functions such as instant communication,meeting and duty and system interconnection of various business information flow in the medical rescue of nuclear emergency.Results:The application of the multimedia scheduling system could meet the needs of emergency medical rescue under various conditions in the medical rescue of nuclear emergency,and realize the rapid and efficient transmission of command,and improve the level of medical rescue for nuclear emergency,and realize the rapid,efficient and flexible deployment of the scheme of medical rescue of nuclear emergency.Conclusion:The design scheme of multimedia scheduling system could exchange information quickly and efficiently,and better guarantee the treatment of the wounded and sick in time,and meet the needs of emergency medical rescue in nuclear accident under the premise of protecting the self-safety of medical staff.
