摘要 设计一种方便医护人员取用手术器械的心脏介入手术医用推车,改善介入手术室空间受限的不足,节省手术室和无菌储物间的空间,解决医护人员往返取材造成的不便。医用推车由车架、悬挂导管支架、横置导管盒、伸缩导轨、联动系统以及刹车系统等组成,可摆放术中可能用到的医用耗材,其多功能体系从存储空间、操作灵活性和时效性等方面,有效提高了医护人员对患者的救治效率。心脏介入手术医用推车具有成本低,操作简便,实用性强等优势,适用于介入手术室使用,值得推广。 A medical trolley for cardiac interventional surgery was designed for the convenience of medical staff to pick up surgical instruments,which improved the space limitation of the interventional operation room,saved the space of the operation room and the sterile storage room,and solved the inconvenience caused by going back and forth to pick up surgical instruments.The medical trolley was composed of frame,suspension catheter support,transverse catheter box,telescopic guide rail,linkage system and brake system,etc.The trolley could be placed with medical consumables that may be used in the operation.The multifunctional system effectively improved the efficiency of medical treatment for patients from rom the aspects of storage space,operational flexibility and timeliness.The medical trolley for cardiac interventional surgery had the advantages of low cost,simple operation and strong practicability,which was suitable for interventional operating rooms and worth promoting.
