小微企业典型压力容器损伤失效研究综述

A Review of Damage Failure of Typical Pressure Vessels in Small and Micro Enterprises

据统计,杭州地区大中型企业在用压力容器数量约占压力容器总量的25%,其余大部分压力容器主要分布在小微企业中。以小微企业常用典型压力容器(蒸压釜、硫化罐)为例,分析讨论常见损伤失效模式及其研究现状,总结研究进展,提出后续研究的趋势和建议。

According to statistics,the number of pressure vessels applied in Hangzhou’s large and medium-sized enterprises accounts for about 25%of the total amount of those in service.Taking autoclave,vulcanization tank and other typical pressure vessels commonly used in small and micro enterprises as examples,the common damage failure modes and research status were analyzed,the research progress was summarized and the trend and suggestions for the subsequent research were put forward.
