油田管道防垢的超疏水涂层制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以耐磨性好的TPU为基体,掺杂CeO_(2)粒子来构建表面微纳米结构,制备了一种TPU-CeO_(2)超疏水涂层。对其进行性能研究,结果表明:TPU-CeO_(2)复合涂层具备很好的超疏水性能,水接触角和滚动角分别可达到158°和5°;TPU-CeO_(2)复合涂层具有良好的防结垢和自清洁性能以及较好的附着性和柔韧性。 Through taking TPU with good wear resistance as the primary structure and then having it mingled with CeO_(2)particles to construct the surface micro-nano structure so as to prepare a TPU-CeO_(2)superhydrophobic coating was implemented.Investigating its properties show that,the prepared coating has good super-hydrophobic properties,the contact angle of water can reach 158°and the rolling angle can reach5°,and the coating produced has good anti-scaling and self-cleaning capabilities,including good adhesion and flexibility.
