开架式气化器单管传热与流动特性研究

摘要 对扰流杆贯穿全管的开架式气化器单管的传热特性进行了数值模拟和试验研究。采用三维CAD软件对管道进行实体建模,对实体模型进行了网格划分与流场计算,并通过开架式气化器单管传热特性测试试验台,以液氮作为低温介质,水作为高温介质,测试了3种不同工况下换热管内/外的热负荷,其结果与数值模拟结果的变化趋势基本一致(最大误差为11.2%),说明建立的扰流杆贯穿全管的开架式气化器单管传热特性数值计算模型可用于预测带扰流杆气化器单管的传热特性。 The single tube’s heat transfer characteristics in an open rack vaporizer with a spoiler bar running through the whole tube were numerically simulated and experimentally studied.Making use of 3D CAD software to model pipelines was implemented,including mesh generation on the model and flowfield calculation there.In addition,basing on the teststand of single tube’s heat-transfer characteristics of the open rack vaporizer,taking liquid nitrogen as the low temperature medium and water as the high one to test heat load inside and outside the heat exchange tube under three different conditions was carried out to show that,the heat load’s variation trend of the single tube vaporizer’s outer and inner medium under three experimental conditions becomes basically consistent with that of the numerical simulation(11.2%maximum error),this means that the calculation model established can be applied to predict single tube’s heat transfer characteristics in a spoiler-equipped vaporizer.
