高校学生社团功能型党支部建设初探——以清华大学为例

On the Construction of Functional Party Branches of College Student Associations--A Case Study of Tsinghua University

近些年来,高校学生社团蓬勃发展,成为高校推进素质教育的重要载体。清华大学以在学生社团中设立功能型党支部为着力点,创新高校党的基层组织形式、把握学生社团的政治方向,强化对于高校学生的思想引领、提升高校学生社团育人成效,在功能型党支部建设方面,初步积累了分好“三个层级”、理好“三个关系”、建好“三个台阶”的有益经验。建好社团功能型党支部要巩固和加强政治性,确保功能型党支部在社团发挥政治核心作用;强化党建育人功能,服务立德树人中心任务;因地制宜,创新思路,结合社团特色把支部工作与社团发展有机融合;推动功能型党支部工作品牌化、规范化、体系化。

In recent years,college student associations have developed vigorously and become an important carrier for universities to promote quality education.Tsinghua University focuses on the establishment of functional party branches in student associations,innovates the grass-roots organizational form of the party in university,grasps the political direction of student associations,strengthens the ideological guidance for college students,and improves the educational effectiveness of college student associations.In terms of the construction of functional party branches,Tsinghua University has preliminarily accumulated the useful experiences in sorting“three levels”and“three relationships”,and in building“three steps”.To build a functional party branch of a mass organization,we should consolidate and strengthen its political nature to ensure that the functional party branch plays a political core role in the mass organization,strengthen the function of party building and educating people to serve the central task of morality education,adjust measures to local conditions and innovate ideas to organically integrate the branch work with the development of associations in combination with the characteristics of associations,and promote the branding,standardization and systematization of the work of functional party branches.
