摘要 当前,建设网络强国,维护网络空间安全,急需培养大量符合公安实战部门需求的新时代网络安全与执法人才。以学生为主体,强化“以赛促学”;以教师为主导,推动“以赛促教”;以学校为支撑,促进“以赛促建”,能够实现学生综合素质、教师自我发展、实验室建设、产学研合作等多方面提升,促进网络安全与执法专业教学的多样化,提高人才培养质量,强化行业认知度和专业办学的影响力,为专业建设及人才培养提供新的思路。 At present,to build a network power and maintain cyberspace security,we have an urgent need to cultivate a large number of network security and law enforcement professionals in the new era who meet the practical needs of public security departments.We should take students as the subject to strengthen“promoting learning through competition”,take teachers as the leading role to promote“promoting teaching through competition”,and take the school as the support to promote“promoting construction through competition”so as to improve such aspects as students’comprehensive quality,teachers’self-development,laboratory construction,industry-university-institute cooperation,promote the diversification of network security and law enforcement professional teaching,improve the quality of personnel training,strengthen the industry awareness and the influence of professional school running,and provide new ideas for professional construction and personnel training.
