职前教师反思力的培养——基于柯瑟根“洋葱图”反思模型的开发与应用 被引量:6

摘要 教师反思力是当今师范类专业认证中明确要求毕业生应该具备的能力,可以选择荷兰学者柯瑟根的“洋葱图”模型作为师范生反思力训练工具。借助柯瑟根的“洋葱图”模型,开发出师范生反思分析框架。基于反思分析框架分析优秀教师反思案例的四个步骤:一是觉察教育实践情境中问题;二是从外显“行为”推理内隐的“信念”;三是追问“角色”与“使命”;四是发现教育教学行为的改进。
