摘要
阐述了计算机视觉应用于大米加工精度检测的重要性,介绍了图像分析技术在染色法和直接法测量大米加工精度中的应用以及图像处理的几种方式,综述了计算机视觉在大米加工精度检测中应用的研究进展。
In this paper, the importance of computer vision application in rice processing degree detection is described.The application of image analysis technology in rice processing degree measurement by dyeing method and direct method and several ways of image processing are introduced.The research progress of computer vision application in rice processing degree detection is summarized.
