微生态制剂在肉牛无抗饲养过程中的应用及展望

肉牛养殖业作为我国畜禽种类中肉类供应重要的组成部分,为消费者提供优质牛肉始终是肉牛养殖行业生产目标。近些年,肉牛无抗养殖、肉品质安全成为学者们研究和关注的热点问题。而随着我国禁止饲料生产企业在所生产的饲料中添加任何用于促生类饲料添加剂后,抗病营养饲料及饲料添加剂成为国内学者们的研究核心。在后抗生素时代,以酸化剂、微生态制剂、抗菌肽、精油提取物、中草药制剂等饲料添加剂产品备受养殖企业的青睐,特别是具有促进胃肠道正常微生物生长繁殖、抑菌、抗病毒功能的微生态制剂,在畜禽绿色、健康养殖过程中得到广泛应用。从微生态制剂在肉牛养殖过程的应用效果、作用机理、注意事项等方面进行阐述,为指导肉牛生产过程中正确使用微生态制剂提供依据。

Beef cattle breeding industry is an important part of the meat supply of livestock and poultry species in China, providing consumers with quality beef has always been the production goal of the beef cattle industry.In recent years, beef cattle without resistance breeding and meat quality safety have become a hot issue of research and attention by scholars.With the prohibition of feed production enterprises from adding any feed additives for promoting growth in the feed produced in my country, disease-resistant nutritional feed and feed additives have become the research core of domestic scholars.In the post-antibiotic era, feed additives such as acidifier, probiotics, antimicrobial peptide, essential oil extract and Chinese herbal medicine preparation are favored by breeding enterprises, especially probiotics with functions of promoting normal growth and reproduction of microorganisms in gastrointestinal tract, bacteriostasis and antiviral, which are widely used in green and healthy breeding of livestock and poultry.In this paper, the application effect, mechanism of action and matters needing attention of microecological agent in beef cattle breeding were discussed, which provided scientific basis for correct use of microecological agent in beef cattle production.
