硫酸羟氯喹联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效及对生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the clinical effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with leflunomide in the treatment of elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its impact on the quality of life

目的探讨硫酸羟氯喹联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年5月至2020年5月湖南省衡阳市中心医院收治的老年类风湿关节炎患者80例,采用抽签方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗,观察组采用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特、硫酸羟氯喹治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的类风湿关节炎活动度(DAS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及临床疗效、不良反应发生率,比较两组患者治疗前后生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗效果(95%)高于对照组、不良反应(5%)小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的ESR、DAS、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸羟氯喹联合来氟米特治疗老年类风湿关节炎效果显著,能够有效改善患者的病情,并提升患者的生活质量,减轻其疼痛、并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with leflunomide in treating elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its impact on their quality of life.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Hengyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate combined with leflunomide,and the observation group was treated with methotrexate,leflunomide,and hydroxychloroquine sulfate.The rheumatoid arthritis activity(DAS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),clinical effectiveness,and incidence rate of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.The quality of life scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effectiveness of the observation group(95%)was higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reactions(5%)were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ESR,DAS,and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with leflunomide is effective in treating elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which can effectively improve the patient's condition,improve the patient's quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of pain and complications.
