摘要
对卤水净化一期烟道气法反应进行生产试验,收集大量生产数据,筛选出连续的一组反应数据进行分析,为调整卤水净化烟道气法生产周期提供科学的理论依据。试验利用烟道气与苛化反应后的卤水反应,检测Ca^(2+)、P、M、pH值的参数变化,并根据参数计算出应投入纯碱的量,来直观考察烟道气通气最佳反应时间。
The production test of the first phase flue gas reaction of brine purification is carried out,a large number of production data are collected,and a continuous group of reaction data are selected for analysis,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for adjusting the production cycle of brine purification flue gas method.The experiment uses the reaction between flue gas and brine after causticization reaction to detect the parameter changes of Ca^(2+),P,M and pH value,and calculate the amount of soda ash according to the parameters,so as to visually investigate the optimal reaction time of flue gas ventilation.
