摘要
文章通过研究纳滤产生的高硝母液的特性,研发了冷冻+MVR热融蒸发回收盐水中硫酸钠的工艺,并根据市场环保需求增加了十水硝的回收利用方案。针对传统工艺硫酸钠纯度低,产品能耗高的特点,研究了MVR制硝、冷冻+热融蒸发工艺,并对pH值调节范围、满负荷间隙运行、快速刷罐等进行了工艺优化,该工艺技术可为纳滤产生的高硝母液和十水硝的回收利用,生产高品质无水硫酸钠提供重要的参考。
By studying the characteristics of high nitrate mother liquor produced by nanofiltration,the process of sodium sulfate recovery from brine by freezing + MVR thermal melting evaporation is developed,and the recovery and utilization scheme of decahydrate nitrate is added according to the market environmental protection demand.In view of the characteristics of low purity of sodium sulfate and high energy consumption of products in the traditional process,MVR nitrate production,freezing + hot melt evaporation process were studied,The pH value adjustment range,full load gap operation and rapid tank brushing are optimized.The process technology can provide an important reference for the recovery and utilization of high nitrate mother liquor and decahydrate produced by nanofiltration and the production of high-quality anhydrous sodium sulfate.
