This article summarized the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of state-owned enterprises,and analyzed the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of state-owned enterprises,from the aspects of deepening the reform of the system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises,conducting scientific research projects in the light of market demand,perfecting the construction of the extension system of scientific and technological achievements,this article put forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,in order to improve the state-owned enterprise science and technology achievement conversion rate,promoted the science and technology innovation development to provide the reference.
