PCR成型机冠带条导开防黏连改造及效果分析

摘要 本文从当前轮胎行业生产现状进行了分析,阐述了轮胎行业为节能降耗,降本增效,为行业节能降耗树立标杆,积累企业技改经验,并且通过技术改造使轮胎制造设备更精细化,功能更完善,促使企业成本降低,加快实现企业产业结构升级,并带动行业快速发展。为实施节能降耗方案,在保证成型机冠带条装置稳定运行保证正常生产的前提下,公司对冠带条导开设备进行防黏连技术改造。改造后效果良好。 This paper analyzes the current production status of the tire industry,expounds the measures taken by tire enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption,reduce costs and increase efficiency,set a benchmark for energy conservation and consumption reduction in the industry,and accumulate experience in technological transformation of enterprises.And through technological transformation,the tire manufacturing equipment is more refined,the function is more perfect,the cost of the enterprise is reduced,the upgrading of the industrial structure of the enterprise is accelerated,and the rapid development of the industry is driven.In order to implement the energy-saving and consumption-reducing plan,under the premise of ensuring the stable operation of the cap strip device of the building machine,the company carried out the anti-adhesion technology transformation for the cap strip lead-out equipment.The effect after transformation is good.
