活性炭吸附脱附+RTO焚烧工艺在处理轮胎企业硫化工序废气上研究与应用

摘要 全钢子午线轮胎硫化工序是在轮胎生产过程中,将成型胎胚通过活络模压制成轮胎成品的一个过程。轮胎在该工序会经历加温加压的过程,所以会集中产生大量的烟气。该工序产生烟气具有浓度低,风量大等特点,在收集和治理上难度很大。针对我公司硫化工序产生的有机废气浓度低,气量大等特点,治理方案采用小围罩密闭+活性炭吸附+RTO焚烧工艺。通过完善的收集,设定自动收集功能,设置异常安全程度,使废气收集及治理设备稳定运行。烟气的治理方案,综合解决烟气直排等环保问题,同时治理后的废气达到国家及地方相关环保法律法规排放标准。 The vulcanization process of all-steel radial tire is a process in which the green?tire is pressed into the finished tire through the flexible mold during the tire production process.The tire will be heated and pressurized in this process,so a large amount of smoke will be generated in a concentrated manner.The flue gas generated by this process has the characteristics of low concentration and large air volume,which is very difficult to collect and control.In view of the characteristics of low exhaust gas concentration and large gas volume,the treatment plan is to adopt a small enclosure airtight + activated carbon adsorption + RTO incineration process.Through perfect collection,automatic collection functionand abnormal safety level is set,so that the exhaust gas collection and treatment equipment can run stably.After treatment,the environmental protection problems such as direct flue gas emission have been comprehensively solved,and the treated exhaust gas has reached the emission standards of relevant national and local environmental protection laws and regulations.
