摘要
提出了一种新型电动变频控制装胎机械手,机械手结构合理,全部采用电机驱动,通过配置三个接近开关信号,利用变频器进行速度的控制,可达到位置的准确控制。电动抓胎装置与中心机构的对中度精确,有强制限位块进行强制定中,无需人工进行精确调整,只需进行接近开关感应块位置的调整,降低了工人劳动强度。轻量化抓胎结构,满足半钢轮胎定型硫化机轮胎规格需求。爪盘张开、闭合采用双行程气缸驱动,以适应不同规格的变化。
A new type of electric variable frequency controlled tire loading manipulator is proposed.The manipulator has a reasonable structure and is driven by all motors.By configuring three proximity switch signals and using a frequency converter to control the speed,the position can be accurately controlled.The alignment between the electric tire grabbing device and the central mechanism is accurate,and there is a mandatory limit block for strong formulation,no manual adjustment is required,only the position of the proximity switch induction block is adjusted,which reduces the labor intensity of the workers.Lightweight tire grab structure to meet the requirements of semi-steel tire forming vulcanizerr tire specifications.The opening and closing of the claw plate is driven by a double-stroke cylinder to adapt to changes in different specifications.
