微课联合CBL在血液内科实习教学中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析微课联合CBL在血液内科实习教学中的应用价值。方法随机纳入2019年9月—2020年6月于徐州医科大学附属医院血液内科实习的52名学员作为研究对象。随机分为两组,每组各26名。实验组采用微课联合CBL模式进行教学,对照组采用多媒体结合板书讲授的传统模式进行教学,对比分析两组实习学员的教学效果及满意度。结果在理论知识测试方面,实验组学生成绩(83.19±9.86)分和对照组(82.04±9.46)分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是在实践技能病例分析测试中,实验组学生成绩(85.54±8.50)分明显高于对照组(76.08±7.28)分(P<0.001)。实验组的教学总满意率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课联合CBL教学可有效提高血液内科实习学生总满意率与临床教学质量,其临床应用价值极佳,具有积极的影响作用。 Objective To explore the application of micro-lecture combined with CBL teaching method in practice teaching of hematologic residents.Methods 52 students who practiced in the Department of Hematology in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from September 2019 to June 2020 were randomly included as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,26 in each group.The experimental group used the micro class combined with CBL mode for teaching,and the control group used the traditional mode of multimedia combined with blackboard teaching.The teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the test of theoretical knowledge,there was no significant difference between the scores of the experimental group(83.19±9.86)points and the control group(82.04±9.46)points(P>0.05);However,in the case analysis test of practical skills,the scores of students in the experimental group(85.54±8.50)points were significantly higher than those in the control group(76.08±7.28)points(P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-lecture combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the total satisfaction rate of practical students and the quality of clinical teaching in practice teaching of hematologic residents.Its clinical application value is excellent and has a positive effect.
