摘要
目的观察PBL教学法在手术室护士带教中的应用效果,分析其临床适用价值。方法将本院2019年1月—2020年6月手术室新入职护士46名作为本次研究对象,按照盲选法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组有23名。其中,对照组运用的是传统教学法,观察组运用的是PBL教学法。对两组护士培训前后的综合能力从理论知识、基础操作、沟通能力、文书写作、安全意识几个方面进行评估。同时,就其对带教方案的满意度进行评估。结果在干预前,两组护士的理论知识、基础操作、沟通能力、文书写作、安全意识等评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组各项评分相对于干预前均有明显提高(P<0.05),观察组的理论知识、基础操作、沟通能力、文书写作、安全意识等评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),即观察组护士培训后的综合能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士对带教的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护士带教中,采取PBL教学法,能够扩展与巩固护生的理论基础,强化其各项业务能力,且保证其对带教满意度,可在临床进行选用。
Objective To observe the application effect of PBL teaching method in nurse teaching in operating room and analyze its clinical application value.Methods A total of 46 newly enrolled nurses in the operating room of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the blind selection method,with 23 nurses in each group.Among them,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted the PBL teaching method.The comprehensive abilities of the two groups of nurses before and after training were evaluated from the aspects of theoretical knowledge,basic operation,communication ability,document writing and safety awareness.At the same time,their satisfaction with the teaching program was evaluated.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge,basic operation,communication ability,document writing and safety awareness between the two groups(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,basic operation,communication ability,document writing and safety awareness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),that is,the comprehensive ability of nurses in the observation group after training was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of nurses in the operating room,adopting PBL teaching method can expand and consolidate the theoretical basis of nursing students,strengthen their various professional abilities,and ensure their satisfaction with teaching,which can be selected in clinical practice.
