摘要
目的研究分析感染科临床带教中运用以问题为基础教学模式的教学效果。方法共选取2019年1月—2020年12月在本院感染科实习的70名实习生作为主要对象,根据入院实习时间的先后将其分为两组。对照组(35名)采用传统教学法进行带教,而观察组的35名实习生在临床教学中接受以问题为基础的教学模式,比较两种教学模式的教学成果。结果带教结束后考核实习生的理论知识掌握情况和临床实践操作能力,结果提示观察组的理论考核得分与实践考核得分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生的综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对于教学方式的满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在感染科的临床教学中,运用以问题为基础的教学模式既可以为实习生奠定扎实的理论基础,提高实习生的临床实践操作能力和综合能力,同时也获得了实习生的接受与认可,具有一定的教学应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the teaching effect of using problem-based teaching mode in clinical teaching of infection department.Methods A total of 70 interns who practiced in the Department of Infection of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the main objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the time of admission and internship.The control group(35 cases)was taught by traditional teaching method,while the observation group(35 cases)was taught by problem-based teaching mode in clinical teaching.The teaching results of the two teaching modes were compared.Results After the teaching,the students'mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical practical operation ability were assessed.The results showed that the scores of theoretical assessment and practical assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of infection department,the application of problembased teaching mode can not only lay a solid theoretical foundation for interns and improve their clinical practice operation ability and comprehensive ability,but also obtain the acceptance and recognition of interns,which has certain teaching application value.
