情景模拟式护理教学在眼科实习带教中的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析情景模拟式护理教学查房在眼科护理实习带教中的实际效果,旨在为眼科护理实习带教提供参考。方法基于2019年1月—2020年12月区间,纳入本院50名眼科实习护生作为观察对象,按照随机数表法分组,25名设置为对照组(传统带教)、25名设置为研究组(情景模拟式护理教学查房),比较两组带教效果(教学效果、护生综合能力、实习效果考评结果、带教满意度)。结果教学效果:与对照组(88.45±2.83)分、(85.38±2.47)分比较研究组理论知识考核评分(94.31±3.55)分、实践技能考核评分(93.59±3.32)分均明显更高(P<0.05);护生综合能力:带教前,两组护生综合能力评价表各维度评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教后,研究组知识掌握评分、沟通技巧评分、临床思维评分以及知识转化评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实习效果考评结果:带教前,两组护生责任态度、应急能力、护理技术操作以及护理文书书写四个方面评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教后,研究组上述各方面评分均明显更高(P<0.05);带教满意度:与对照组84.00%比较,研究组100%明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在眼科护理实习带教中应用情景模拟式护理教学查房教学模式,可明显提升教学效果、实习护生综合能力以及实习效果考评结果,且护生对教学满意度较高,因此,情景模拟式护理教学查房教学模式在眼科护理实习带教中具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To analyze the actual effect of situational simulation nursing teaching ward rounds in ophthalmic nursing practice teaching,in order to provide reference for ophthalmic nursing practice teaching.Methods Based on the period from January 2019 to December 2020,50 ophthalmology intern nursing students in our hospital were included as the observation objects,and were grouped according to the random number table method.25 cases were set as the comparison group(traditional teaching),and 25 cases were set as the study Group(scenario simulation nursing teaching ward rounds),and compare the teaching effect(teaching effect,comprehensive ability of nursing students,evaluation results of practice effect,teaching satisfaction).Results Teaching effect:Compared with the control group(88.45±2.83)points and(85.38±2.47)points,the theoretical knowledge assessment score(94.31±3.55)points and the practical skills assessment score(93.59±3.32)points of the research group were higher(P<0.05).Comprehensive ability of nursing students:Before the teaching,there was no difference in the scores of each dimension of the comprehensive ability evaluation table of nursing students between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of knowledge mastery,communication skills,clinical thinking and knowledge transformation in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the practice effect evaluation:before the teaching,there were no differences in the scores of the two groups of nursing students in the four aspects of responsibility attitude,emergency ability,nursing technical operation and nursing document writing(P>0.05).Scores in all aspects were higher(P<0.05);satisfaction with teaching:100%in the research group was higher than that in the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of scenario simulation nursing teaching ward rounds teaching mode in ophthalmic nursing practice teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect,the comprehensive ability of practice nursing students and the results of the practice effect evaluation,and the nursing students are highly satisfied with the teaching.Therefore,the scene simulation nursing teaching ward round teaching mode has a certain application value in the teaching of ophthalmic nursing practice.
