雨课堂在2型糖尿病住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:2

Application of Rain Classroom for Standardized Training Teaching Activities During Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探索雨课堂教学模式在2型糖尿病住培教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机抽样法,选取2020年4—12月于西安交通大学第二附属医院内分泌科二病区进行住院医师规范化培训的医师共计40名为研究对象。分为两组,一组20名采用雨课堂教学,为观察组;另一组20名采用传统多媒体教学,为对照组;以上均进行2型糖尿病相关知识的教学。课程结束后均使用统一试卷对住培医师进行考试,满分100分。采用问卷调查对两组住培医师进行雨课堂教学模式的评价。结果观察组的考试平均分(85.92±10.85)分明显高于对照组(62.35±18.20)分(P<0.05)。观察组住培医师非常满意度显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组住培医师总满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雨课堂教学应用于2型糖尿病住培教学,有利于提升住培医师的考试成绩,提升住培医师的课堂非常满意度,可以获得理想的教学效果。 Objective To explore the application of Rain Classroom in the standardized training teaching of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods By using random sampling method,we selected a total of 40 resident training doctors who received standardized training for residents in the second ward of Endocrinology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from April to December 2020.They were divided into two groups.One group of 20 students used rain classroom teaching as the observation group.The other group of 20 used traditional multimedia teaching as the control group.The two groups were taught the related knowledge of type 2 diabetes.At the end of the course,residents will be assessed with unified test questions,with a full score of 100.Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the rain classroom teaching mode of the two groups of residents.Results The average test score of the observation group(85.92±10.85)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.35±18.20)points(P<0.05).The satisfaction of residents in the observation group was remarkbably increased than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of residents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but there wasn’t statistics difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom method applied to the course of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve residents'examination results,increase residents'classroom satisfaction,which can achieve ideal teaching effect.
