摘要
3D打印技术又称快速成型技术,具有个性化、精准化、远程化等优点。3D打印在医学实践教育领域应用非常广泛,构建与真实器官相近的模型,借其就可以让低年资医师有更多的机会来进行实操,快速提升其能力。血管介入性手术因其微创、可重复、定位准确及并发症少等优点而应用越来越广泛。随着医疗技术的不断发展,精准医学理念已深入人心,引领着未来医疗的前进方向,精准医学技能培训也成为介入科青年医生学习进步的重要内容。3D打印和医学成像技术的交叉结合为医学教育的技术进步提供了极大的保障,使得复杂血管解剖的精准重建模型应用于手术规划和训练可能比传统培训方式更有效。通过3D打印技术,对血管及血管内导丝运动进行仿真模拟,有助于解决传统血管介入性手术培训无法解决的问题。现将血管介入性手术实践技能培训方法、血管介入性手术的3D打印技术支持及3D打印技术血管介入性手术实践技能培训研究进展综述如下。
3D printing technology,also known as rapid prototyping technology,has the advantages of personalized,accurate,remote and so on.3D printing is widely used in the field of medical practice education.By constructing models similar to real organs,it can give doctors with little experience more opportunities to carry out practical operations and quickly improve their abilities.Vascular interventional surgery has been widely used due to its advantages of minimally invasive,repeatable,accurate localization and fewer complications.With the continuous development of medical technology,the concept of precision medicine has been deeply rooted in people's hearts,leading the future direction of medical treatment.Precision medicine skill training has also become an important part of the learning and progress of young doctors in interventional department.The cross combination of 3D printing and medical imaging technology provides a great guarantee for the technical progress of medical education,making the accurate reconstruction model of complex vascular anatomy more effective than traditional training methods in surgical planning and training.Through 3D printing technology,the simulation of blood vessels and the movement of the guide wire in blood vessels is helpful to solve the problems that traditional vascular interventional surgery training cannot solve.In this paper,the training methods of vascular interventional surgery practical skills,3D printing technical support for vascular interventional surgery and the research progress of 3D printing vascular interventional surgery practical skills training are summarized as follows.
