“班级式”管理在全科医学继续教育中的实践

Practice of“Class Management Model”in Continuing Medical Education of General Practice

继续医学教育在全科医学学科发展中起着非常重要的作用,是全科医生终身学习的主要途径,是提升全科医生临床水平的关键环节。作者从目前全科医学继续医学教育培训工作中存在的管理方面的问题入手,重点分析管理工作的重要作用,以及如何提升管理工作的细节,通过“班级式”教学管理的实践经验,进而提出可以优化继续医学教育培训工作中与管理相关的各个环节措施。主要从优化教育者的“备课”管理、加强继续医学教育培训的过程管理、注重继续医学教育培训后的管理、充分利用管理辅助工具四个方面进行剖析并给出合理化建议。

Continuing Medical Education(CME)plays an important role in the development of general practice,which is the main way of lifelong learning for general practitioner(GP)and the key link to improve the clinical level of GP.Starting with the management problems existing in the current general practice CME training work,the author focuses on analyzing the important role of Management Work and how to improve the details,based on the practical experience of“class management model”,this paper puts forward some measures to optimize the management-related links in CME training.This paper mainly analyzes and gives some reasonable suggestions from four aspects:optimizing the management of lesson preparation,strengthening the process management of CME training,paying attention to the management after CME training and making full use of the auxiliary tools of management.
