探讨提高非影像专业住院医师放射科规范化培训带教示教教学质量。针对非影像临床学员影像基础薄弱、临床实践能力差异大,影像难学、学不好、学员不想学,学员毕业主要服务基层的现状及问题,结合非直属教学医院住院医师规范化培训基地特点;通过制订个体化的教学计划,实践“教三基、授人渔,因材施教、相宜教学”;注重医学技术与医学人文并重,践行尊重教育;学员平等参与教学活动,教学相长。应用T-PACS、人工智能分析工具及微信等信息化教学手段,采用多元化的教学方法,任务驱动、目标管理、阶段教学;结果为导向,调动学员能动性,倡导快乐学习;传统教学与现代教学手段相结合,示教普识性影像技能、影像分析方法,培养学员临床岗位胜任、影像持续学习综合能力;提高带教教学质量。

To explore how to improve the teaching quality of standardized radiology training for non-imaging residents.In view of the fact that the image foundation of non-imaging clinical students is weak,the image is difficult to learn,the students do not want to learn,and the graduation mainly serves the grass-roots level,combined with the characteristics of the standardized training base for residents in non-directly affiliated teaching hospitals,through individualized teaching,practice"teaching the three basics,teaching people and fishing,teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and appropriate teaching";pay equal attention to medical technology and medical humanities,and practice respect education.Students participate in teaching activities equally and learn from each other.The application of T-PACS,Artificial intelligence analysis tools,Wechat and other information-based teaching methods,task driven,target management,stage teaching;result oriented,mobilize students'initiative,advocate happy learning;traditional teaching and modern teaching methods are combined,to teach general imaging skills and image analysis methods,to cultivate students'clinical competence and comprehensive ability of image continuous learning,and to improve the quality of teaching.
