摘要
目的:探讨低剂量多层螺旋CT肺癌筛查中的价值。资料与方法:搜集2019年5月1日至2020年5月1日于湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院体检中心体检者。随机分为低剂量组及常规剂量组,各1000例,对CT征象的诊断进行对比研究。结果:低剂量组辐射剂量为(1.38±0.31)mGy,明显低于常规剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。低剂量组与常规剂量组早期肺癌检出率及病灶的CT各征象的诊断无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:低剂量CT图像质量可以满足早期肺癌筛查的诊断要求,辐射伤害明显优于常规容积CT,是肺癌筛查和的很好的检查方式。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of low dose spiral CT in lung cancer screening.Methods:Information on 2,000 person from May 1,2019 to May 1,2020,were collected.Patients were randomly divided into low-dose CT group and standard-dose CT group,with 1000 cases each,at the Physical Examination Center of The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The CT Imaging Features were compared.Results:The radiation of the low dose group was(1.38±0.31)m Gy,which was significantly lower than that of the standard dose group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).There was no statistical difference between the low-dose group and the standard-dose group in the diagnosis of the detection rate of early lung cancer and the CT signs of the lesion(p>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose spiral CT image quality can meet the diagnostic requirements of early lung cancer screening,radiation damage is obviously better than conventional volume CT,is a good way of lung cancer screening and examination.
