From the conceptual and technical background,the metaverse is not a new thing.Through the virtual reality space of metaverse,people can better communicate and play online games,but it will not become the future of mankind.The metaverse poses some challenges to the current legal order,but it is not necessary to build an independent legal order for the metaverse era.At the legal regulation level of metaverse application,according to the characteristics and hierarchical governance of metaverse,regulation should actively protect data utilization,guide algorithms to be good,guide the metaverse service platform to bear the main responsibility and promote platform autonomy.
