Improving the ability to identify,analyze and predict social stability risks is the key to improve the effectiveness of stability assessment.The unique function of the algorithm can not only expand the information collection of major administrative decision-making stakeholder groups,expand the scope of risk identification and improve the adequacy and accuracy of risk analysis,but also provide action plans for the manual"risk communication"link of risk assessment,which plays a role in improving the efficiency of stability assessment.The application of the algorithm to stability assessment has a data basis and is feasible in technology and purpose.The application of the algorithm in stability assessment should not only define the legal relationship between the government,evaluation institutions and network platforms,but also solve the problems of individual rights protection and public interest maintenance.Therefore,we should reasonably build the legal relationship between the government,network platform enterprises and evaluation institutions,strengthen the supervision of algorithm design,establish algorithm evaluation mechanism,and ensure the combination of algorithm application and manual"risk communication".
