在新的社会发展需求下,国家教育部会同有关部门制定实施"六卓越一拔尖"计划2.0,我国"四新"建设正式启动.这一重大计划的实施将对未来中国高等教育,乃至整个中国的社会发展产生重大影响.高校辅导员作为大学生思想教育骨干力量,应当深刻把握"四新"建设发展契机,勇于承担起学生成长成才的协同发力者、主动出击者和创新开拓者的育人角色,将互联网与思政教育相结合,建设两微一端,加强舆论引导;打造高质量育人模式,紧抓立德树人,突出个性化育人,创新高水平育人体系.将"四新"建设与学生思想政治工作深度融合,探索"四新"建设背景下人才培养新规律和学生管理服务实践新范式.

In response to the new social development needs,the Ministry of Education,together with relevant departments,formulated and implemented the"Six Excellence and One Top"Program 2.0,and China's"Four New"construction was officially launched.The implementation of this major plan will have a major impact on China's higher education in the future and even the social development of China as a whole.As the backbone of ideological education for college students,college counselors should deeply grasp the development opportunities of the"Four New"construction and have the courage to assume the role of educating students as a collaborative force,proactive attacker and innovative pioneer for the growth of students.Counselors should combine the Internet with the ideological and political education,build two micros and one end,and strengthen the guidance of public opinion;they also should create a high-quality education model,firmly grasp the morality and cultivation,highlight individualized education,and innovate a high-level education system.Deeply integrate the"Four New"construction with students'ideological and political work,and explore the new law of talent training and the new paradigm of student management service practice under the background of"Four New"construction.
