摘要
为探索改进现阶段教学标本的制作技术,丰富教学标本种类,本试验介绍了一种将冻干技术和塑化技术结合的方法。通过冻干技术将标本内水分脱出,使塑化剂能在常温高压的状态下渗入标本组织,完成塑化。结果表明,冻干塑化技术的制作周期短、标本变形程度低,是一种良好的教学标本制作技术。
In order to improve the present teaching taxidermy technique and enrich the types of teaching specimens,this study introduced a method that combined the freeze-drying technology with plasticizing technology.Through the freeze-drying technology,the water in the specimen was removed,so that the plasticizer could infiltrate into the specimen tissue at room temperature and high pressure to complete the plasticization.This freeze-dried plasticizing technique has short cycle and low specimen deformation,and provides a rapid and reliable approach for teaching specimen preparation.
