2017—2019年山东淄博羊布鲁氏菌病血清学监测 被引量:3

Serological Surveillance of Ovine Brucellosis in Zibo City Shandong Province in 2017—2019

摘要 为掌握山东省淄博市羊布鲁氏菌病流行情况,2017—2019年每年从本市种羊场、商品代养殖场和散养户中随机抽取不同数量的羊血清进行实验室检测。本调查采集8个区县592个养殖场、户共17999份样品,用虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)进行初筛,阳性样品用试管凝集试验(SAT)进行确诊。结果显示:2017—2019年本市羊布病群体阳性率分别为8.58%、3.17%和3.62%;个体阳性率分别为2.40%、0.26%和0.55%;场点类型情况分别是种羊场个体阳性率为0%,商品代养殖场个体阳性率为1.35%,散养户个体阳性率为1.05%。结果表明:近几年本市采取的布病防控措施积极有效,流行率有所降低,出现大规模流行的风险较小,但是个别区县,存在阳性场点和布病传播的风险,仍然需要持续进行监测,及时净化阳性动物,加强检疫监督,严格控制动物移动,减少扩散的风险,进一步推进布病净化工作。 This study investigated the epidemic situation of ovine brucellosis in Zibo city,Shandong province.From 2017 to 2019,a total of 17999 sheep sera were collected from 592 breeding sheep farms,commercial farms and free range farms in 8 districts and counties of Zibo city.The samples were screened by RBT,and the RBT positive samples were confirmed by SAT.The results showed that:from 2017 to 2019,the positive rates of ovine brucellosis in Zibo city were 8.58%,3.17%and 3.62%,respectively;the individual positive rates were 2.4%,0.26%and 0.55%,respectively;the individual positive rate of breeding sheep farms was 0%,that of commercial farms was 1.35%,and that of free range farms was 1.05%.Thus,in recent years,the prevention and control measures against ovine brucellosis in Zibo city were active and effective,the prevalence rate was reduced,and the risk of large-scale epidemic was small.However,there were positive sites in some districts and counties,which pose a risk of transmission of brucellosis.Therefore,it is still necessary to continue monitoring,timely cull positive animals,strengthen quarantine supervision,strictly control animal movement,reduce the risk of spread,and facilitate the elimination of ovine brucellosis in Zibo city.
