绝经后女性宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的特点及诊治研究进展

Research progress on the characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions in postmenopausal women

宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(SIL)是常见的女性生殖道病变,绝经后女性发病率较高。绝经后女性生殖器官萎缩、宫颈鳞柱转化区内移、雌孕激素水平降低、阴道微生态失衡,这些都可能与其绝经后HPV易感性有关,并影响其诊断与治疗方式。诊断方式主要包括宫颈液基细胞学检查、HPV检查、阴道镜检查配合醋酸白试验、碘试验及子宫颈组织活检等。治疗方式包括药物治疗、物理治疗、手术治疗及联合治疗等。

Cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL)is a common disease in female reproductive tract,with a high incidence in postmenopausal women.Postmenopausal women’s reproductive organ atrophy,cervical squamous column transformation zone shift,decreased sexhermone level,and possibly existing vaginal microecological imbalance may be associated with postmenopausal HPV susceptibility,and affect the diagnosis and treatment.The diagnostic methods mainly include TCT,HPV screening,colposcopy and cervical biopsy.The treatment methods include drug therapy,physical therapy,surgery and combined therapy.
