酵母微胶囊包埋新技术及药效评价的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 微囊化是一种固定化技术,通过提供一个物理屏障克服外界环境对包封分子的影响,从而提高包合物的稳定性。利用酵母细胞作为包埋壁材是靠其自身的吸附性能来完成,无需引入其他化学试剂,具有安全、无毒的优点,且获得的微胶囊产品大小均一,生物相容性好,易生物降解。酵母微胶囊法作为微胶囊技术的一种新型制备方法,具有安全有效、易于获取的优点,故酵母包封技术越来越受到人们的青睐。当前,酵母微胶囊技术应用领域十分广泛,本文主要从酵母微胶囊技术包埋的不同囊芯以及药效评价方面进行综述,以期为微胶囊技术的进一步发展提供参考。 As a pharmaceutical method,microencapsulation promotes the stability of the inclusion compound by providing a physical barrier to overcome the influence of the external environment on the encapsulated molecules.Yeast is a commonly used food-grade industrial microorganism.The use of yeast cells as the embedding wall material is accomplished by its own adsorption performance without introducing other chemical reagents.It is safe and non-toxic.The obtained microcapsule products have uniform size,good biocompatibility,and easy biodegradation.As a new preparation method of microencapsulation,yeast microencapsulation is safe,effective and easy to obtain,for which reason it is more and more favored.Currently,yeast microcapsule technology is widely used.This article mainly reviewed the different capsule cores embedded in yeast microcapsule technology and evaluated the drug efficacy to provide a scientific basis for the further development of microcapsulation.
