虎符铜砭刮痧联合化痰祛湿活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病

Clinical observation of Hufu copper scraping combined with Huatan Qushi Huoxue prescription in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

目的:观察虎符铜砭刮痧联合化痰祛湿活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法:将72例非酒精性脂肪性肝病(痰湿瘀阻证)患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组患者采用基础治疗(保肝、降脂等)及中药(化痰祛湿活血方颗粒)内服;观察组患者在对照组基础上加用虎符砭铜刮痧治疗,疗程12周。观察治疗前后患者中医证侯评分、体重、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、BMI、肝功能、血脂、血糖、FibroScan检测等指标的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的中医临床有效率分别为90.3%、72.7%,减重有效率分别为87.1%、27.3%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在降低体重、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、TG、HDL-C、CAP指标上,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在降低ALT、AST、TC、空腹血糖方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:虎符铜砭刮痧联合化痰祛湿活血方能明显改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者的中医证侯,且减重、降脂效果显著。

Objective:To observe the treatment effect of Hufu copper scraping combined with Huatan Qushi Huoxue prescription in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic treatment and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(Huatan Qushi Huoxue Recipe). The observation group was treated with Hufu Bian copper scraping on the basis of the control group, with a course of 12 weeks. The changes of related indexes were detected, such as TCM symptom score, body weight, waist circumference, liver function, blood lipid, blood glucose, Fibroscan test, etc. Results:After treatment, the clinical effective rates of TCM in the two groups were 90.3%、72.7% respectively, and the effective rates of weight loss in the two groups were 87.1%、27.3% respectively.The observation group was better than the control group in reducing body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, TG, HDL-C and CAP(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hufu copper scraping combined with Huatan Qushi Huoxue decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and the effect of weight reduction and lipid reduction is significant.
