摘要
采用静电纺丝法制备ZnCo_(2)O_(4)一维纳米纤维前驱体,通过不同的煅烧温度得到纤维结构完整的ZnCo_(2)O_(4)纳米管。通过XRD、SEM和电化学测试等方法对ZnCo_(2)O_(4)材料进行结构和性能表征。研究结果表明,制备的纳米纤维直径在0.13~0.22μm之间,且纤维结构完整,表面粗糙,有利于电解液的渗透和储存。在100 mA/g的条件下,ZnCo_(2)O_(4)的首次可逆比容量达到972.9 mAh/g,循环200次后,比容量仍能保持431.2 mAh/g以上。
The ZnCo_(2)O_(4)precursor was synthesized by electrospinning method and the ZnCo_(2)O_(4)nanotubes was obtained through different calcination temperatures.The ZnCo_(2)O_(4)were characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical testing methods.The research results show that the diameter of the prepared nanotubes is between 0.13-0.22μm,and the fiber structure is complete and the surface is rough,which is conducive to the penetration and storage of the electrolyte.At 100 mA/g,the first reversible specific capacity of ZnCo_(2)O_(4)is 972.9 mAh/g.After 200 cycles,the specific capacity can still be maintained above 431.2 mAh/g.
