摘要
耐压锌银蓄电池循环寿命短主要表现为容量下降率快,低于额定容量时寿命终止。为了提升耐压锌银蓄电池循环寿命,针对影响锌银电池循环容量衰减的主要因素,采取了调整负极物质配方、正负极容量配比以及降低电池内阻、采用异型极板结构、优化放电制度、调整组合方式等改善措施,经过验证,耐压锌银蓄电池循环寿命从30次提升至50次,满足了11000米潜水器使用要求。
The short cycle life of pressure-resistant zinc-silver battery is mainly reflected in the rapid decline of capacity,and the battery terminates when its capacity is lower than the rated capacity.In order to improve the cycle life of pressure-resistant zinc-silver battery,this article took the improvement measures such as adjusting the ratio of the negative electrode formula and the positive and negative electrodes capacity,reducing the battery resistance,using special-shaped plates structure,optimizing the discharging system,and adjusting the combination method.After verification,the cycle life of pressure-resistant zinc-silver battery is increased from 30 times to 50 times,which meets the use requirements of 11000-merer submersible.
