摘要
身份认同对教师专业发展和素质提高具有重要作用。通过身份认同的三个基本问题“我是谁”“我能做什么”“我将要到哪里去”的分析,了解新生代乡村教师身份认同的困境,并进行归因分析,据此从国家层面、社会层面、教师层面、文化层面以及社区层面提出消解新生代乡村教师身份认同危机的策略,重塑新生代乡村教师身份认同的自信心。
Identity plays an important role to improve the quality of teachers'professional development and quality improvement.Through the analysis for three basic questions of“who I am”,“what I can do”and“where I am going to”,we can learn about the new generation of rural teachers’dilemma of identity,and conduct attribution analysis,so as to put forward the strategies to eliminate the identity crisis of the newgeneration of rural teachers and rebuild the new generation of rural teachers’self-confidence according to the following aspects of nation,society,teacher,culture and community.
