摘要
焊丝钢是用于生产电焊条的钢材,被广泛用于各个行业的生产活动中。天津钢铁集团有限公司根据现有工艺、装备对H08A焊丝钢进行了开发,并试制生产。H08A焊丝钢属于低碳钢,钢种特点是冶炼成分较窄、钢中硅含量低,终点温度、成分和氧含量控制要求高。本文结合H08A焊丝钢的特点制定了生产工艺路线和成分控制要求,分析了生产过程中的难点问题,并制定了相应的技术措施。通过转炉操作工艺的优化保障了冶炼终点温度和磷的命中率,通过控制钢水氧含量和优化脱氧工艺保障了H08A铸坯浇铸质量,最终产生出合格焊丝钢。
Welding wire steel is the steel used to produce welding electrodes, which is widely used in various industrial production activities. Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. developed H08A welding wire steel according to the existing process and equipment, and trial produced it. H08A welding wire steel belongs to low carbon steel, which is characterized by narrow smelting composition, low silicon content in steel and high control requirements for smelting end point temperature, composition and oxygen content. Combined with the characteristics of H08A welding wire steel, this paper formulates the production process route and composition control requirements, analyzes the difficult problems in the production process, and formulates the corresponding technical measures. Through the optimization of converter operation process, the smelting end point temperature and phosphorus hit rate are guaranteed, and the casting quality of H08A billet is guaranteed by controlling the oxygen content of smelting end point and optimizing the deoxidation process, and finally qualified welding wire steel is produced.
