摘要 SWRH82B是日系牌号的高强度预应力钢绞线用钢,而目前天津荣程联合钢铁集团有限公司实施的JIS G3506日系标准,已无法满足SWRH82BΦ13mm盘条抗拉强度≥1180MPa的市场要求,因此需要在此标准的基础上实施微合金化,以提高盘条抗拉强度。本文对SWRH82B硬线钢的微合金强化工艺进行了研究,并介绍了SWRH82B钢化学成分和生产工艺控制要点。通过成分Cr-V-Al微合金化,同时对转炉、LF炉、VD炉、连铸、轧钢等操作工艺进行了优化调整,生产的SWRH82BΦ13mm盘条时效后的抗拉强度为1190-1202MPa,断面收缩率为39.0-45%,盘条性能满足了预应力钢绞线的市场要求。 SWRH82B is a Japanese brand steel for high-strength prestressed steel strand, at present,the JIS G3506 Japanese standard implemented by Tianjin Rockcheck United Steel Group Co. Ltd. can no longer meet market requirements of SWRH82B Φ13mm wire rod tensile strength ≥1180MPa, therefore, it is necessary to implement component microalloying on the basis of this standard in order to improve the tensile strength of wire rod. In this paper, studied the strengthening process of SWRH82B hard-wire steel microalloying, and introduced the chemical composition and production process control points of SWRH82B steel. Through composition Cr-V-Al microalloying, optimized and adjusted the operation processes of converter, LF furnace, VD furnace, continuous casting and steel rolling at the same time, the tensile strength of produced SWRH82B Φ13mm wire rod after aging is 1190 ~1202MPa, and the reduction of section is 39.0~45%. The performance of wire rod meets the market requirements of prestressed steel strand.
