高速线材盘螺AGT指标控制及生产优化

摘要 随着国家(GB/T1499.2—2018)新版标准正式实施,市场对高线盘螺产品的综合性能要求越来越严苛,尤其对盘螺产品的屈服强度、强屈比,最大力伸长率(AGT)等力学性能指标提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了宣化钢铁公司高线盘螺产品的生产现状及工艺流程,对其生产的高线盘螺产品AGT指标不稳定的问题进行分析,并对高线生产工艺提出优化方案。通过盘螺产品化学成分的优化调整和窄成份控制,以及高线轧制工艺的改进和创新,提高了高线盘螺的AGT性能指标,满足市场及客户需求。 With the formal implementation of the country new national standard(GB/t1499.2-2018),the market has increasingly stringent requirements on the comprehensive performance of high-speed wire rod threaded steel coil,in particular, higher requirements are put forward for the mechanical property indexes such as yield strength, strength to yield ratio and maximum force elongation(AGT) of threaded steel coil. This paper introduces the production status and process flow of high-speed wire rod threaded steel coil products in Xuanhua Iron and steel company, analyzed the problem of AGT index instability of high-speed wire rod threaded steel coil products produced by company, and put forward the optimization scheme of high-speed wire rod production process. Through the optimization and adjustment of chemical composition and narrow composition control of threaded steel coil products, as well as the improvement and innovation of high-speed wire rolling process,the AGT performance index of high-speed wire rod threaded steel coil is improved to meet the needs of the market and customers.
