摘要
双吸叶轮是单级双吸泵最重要的过流部件,其叶片数的选择对泵的性能影响至关重要。本文基于CFD数值模拟方法,利用SolidWorks软件完成单级双吸泵各零部件三维实体建模与虚拟装配,并基于Ansys Workbench软件,采用混合网格方法对三维实体模型进行网格划分,通过设置边界条件,求解流道控制方程和标准k-ε模型,仿真模拟不同叶片时泵内部流动特性和外特性变化规律。依据叶轮流道压力分布云图、速度分布云图以及扬程、轴功率、效率等参量随流量变化仿真结果,确定6叶片为设计150S50B型单级双吸泵时的最佳叶片数。
The double-suction impeller is the most important flow-through component of the singlestage double suction pump, and the choice of the blade numbers is crucial to the performance of the pump. In this paper, based on the CFD numerical simulation method, the 3D solid modeling and virtual assembly of the parts and components of the single-stage double-suction pump are completed by using SolidWorks software, and the 3D solid model is meshed by the hybrid mesh method based on the Ansys Workbench software, and by setting the boundary conditions, solving the flow channel control equation and the standard k-ε model, the paper simulates the changing laws of the internal flow and external characteristics of the pump with different vanes. According to the cloud graph of pressure distribution, velocity distribution and the simulation results of the variation of head, shaft power and efficiency with the flow rate, the optimum number of 6 vanes is determined for the design of 150S50B single-stage doublesuction pump.
