棒材收集区域电气设备技术升级优化

摘要 随着宣钢二棒材产线轧制设备及工艺逐步优化、轧制节奏的不断加快以及产品规格的日趋多样,使得该产线棒材收集区设备压力日益加大,收集区的落钢机和打捆机的运行速度和效率已经成为整条产线的制约环节。本文分析了制约收集区设备运行速度的主要原因,结合现场实际,制定了提升收集区设备运行速度的解决方案。通过改变落钢机的接钢方式、调整并增加打捆机数量、提升改造收集区电气和控制系统,显著提高了二棒材产线收集区域设备的运行速度和效率,满足了目前的棒材生产的轧制节奏。 With the gradual optimization of rolling equipment and process, the continuous acceleration of rolling rhythm and the increasing diversity of product specifications in No.2 bar production line of Xuangang, the equipment pressure in the bar collection area of the production line is increasing day by day,the operation speed and efficiency of the steel dropping machine and baler in the collection area have become the restrictive link of the whole production line. This paper analyzes the main reasons restricting the operation speed of equipment in the collection area, and formulates the solution to improve the operation speed and efficiency of equipment in the collection area in combination with the actual situation of the site. Through changing the accept mode of the steel dropping machine, adjust and increase the number of balers, promoting and transformation the electrical and control system of the collection area, the operation speed and efficiency of the equipment in the collection area of No.2 bar production line is significantly improved and the current rolling rhythm of bar production is met.
