烧结密相干塔脱硫排放提标改造实践 被引量:1

摘要 北京首钢股份有限公司360m^(2)烧结机采用了密相干塔脱硫工艺进行烟气脱硫,并于2010年投入运行。随着国家环保政策的变化,烧结烟气脱硫排放标准不断提升,原有的工艺设施排放标准已不能满足现行政策,为此北京首钢股份有限公司实施了一系列的提标改造措施。本文简要介绍了密相干塔半干法脱硫工艺原理,分析了该脱硫工艺在生产运行过程中存在的问题,重点阐述了该脱硫设施提标改造的技术路线和方案。提标改造措施实施后,烧结机头烟气SO_(2)浓度达到了小于20mg/m^(3)的排放限值标准。 Dense coherent tower desulfurization process was adopted for flue gas desulfurization of 360m^(2) sintering machine in of Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd., and this desulfurization facilities was put into operation in 2010. With the change of national environmental protection policy, the emission standard of sintering flue gas desulfurization has been continuously improved, and the original emission standard of process facilities can no longer meet the current policy,Therefore, Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. has implemented a series of standard raising transformation measures. This paper briefly introduces the principle of dense coherent tower semi dry desulfurization process, analyzes this problems existing in the production and operation of the desulfurization process, and focuses on the technical route and scheme of this desulfurization facilities standar raising transformation. After the implementation of the standar raising transformation measures, the SO_(2) concentration of sintering machine head flue gas has reached the emission limit standard of less than 20mg/m^(3).
